#10   Are you a good sleeper?

How many times have you felt the necessity of sleeping all night long and part of the next day?
Have you ever tried sleeping during weekdays for at least 20 minutes and then continued to work?

Experts say we are supposed to sleep for a specific amount of time everyday depending on our age, activities and health. However, most of us are not to doing it the right way either because we sleep less or more than it is expected.
